New neighborhood page for Penn Quarter / Chinatown

Check out my latest neighborhood page, this time for Penn Quarter / Chinatown here. Here’s my blurb description of the area:

The neighborhood of Penn Quarter, typically mentioned in conjunction with or interchangeably with the misleadingly named Chinatown (more like Chinablock), is perhaps DC’s most urban area. Thousands of folks flock to the area on a near-daily basis to check out Wizards and Capitals games, concerts, WWE matches, and other events held at the Verizon Center; tourists find it convenient when sightseeing on the Mall and at Smithsonian museums.  This arena, since it opened in late 1997, has helped transform this area into one with scores of bars and restaurants. Although many of these bars lack a ton of character, there are a few spots worth visiting.  PQ has the most beer-centric bars in the city, along with perhaps the most sports bars. I’m defining the hood to include everything between 4th & 10th Streets between Massachusetts & Pennsylvania Avenues (roughly between C & K).
