Every year I do a New Year’s Eve post to try to chronicle the plans of every bar open in DC, getting thousands of hits. But obviously that’s not happening this year-given indoor dining will be shut down and outdoor seating will not be allowed to serve booze past 10p.  As a result, many will be doing celebrations at home, including the New Year’s Eve dinner many like to do.  In the interest of not replicating work, here’s are links to all the worthwhile guides as well as some selected spots I found
