Update: There was an amendment to the lease in 2007 that has apparently not been properly recorded with Recorder of Deeds – here’s the one substantive page of it

    Might I ask how you tracked down the bond documents? This is the only place I’ve found them, not even the DC CFO has them on their site anywhere. Cheers!
